    Sharp CCR

Anyone else had their CCR access disabled recently?

    Re: Sharp CCR

Apparently we do not sell enough new machines. Not sure why the amount of business we do is a big deal all of a sudden. Can get parts through Sharp Net until that closes up but don't have access to bulletins/techtips/firmware anymore.

Anyone else move from Sharp to another brand recently? Don't really want to switch as Sharp is all we do (except Brother) and have quite a few machines to support.

Decided to re-join CCR. Though now parts are through distribution so parts pricing has been marked up 25% over SharpNet. Not happy about the change. Anyone else thinking about switching brands or already did?

What is CCR an abbreviation for? Is it used in North America?

CCR's fill a nitch in small to mid size businesses.
We don't usually sell the full line. Production machines are for full line dealers.
