I am looking into remote support software that allows us to log in to remote users, has the ability to transfer files to customers pcs for setting up printers, scanning etc. I have used logmein rescue before and found it very good, although its an expensive option. What do you guys use and what could you recommend?
I have seen some potential candidates such as Splashtop and another called Anydesk
Any suggestions?
