Scan to Email Error. Sharp MX2640N

Hi everyone, Just trying my luck here anyone can help me fix the issue regarding SCAN TO EMAIL?

Our email hosting(Network Solution) is Ending Support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1, we never had an issue till they switched to TLS 1.2.

Please see the photos of where is the error on my end and how can I correct it.

    Thank you so much

    Update your firmware
Firmware version 06.00.A2.I0 (Special firmware to support TLS 1.1/1.2 and SMBv2 for Client Port) for MX-2640N/MX-3140N/MX-3640N.

Yep, that will take care of it. Fkteam if you are an end user get your dealer to update the firmware for you.

Thank you so much... Is the firmware can be found somewhere online? or if anyone can send it to me that would be great. Thank you so much

Post a request in either the Service Manual request forum or the Parts Room forum.

Also, under Security > SSL settings, you can play with that afterwards, in case just doing FW doesn't fix it.
