SLNX embadded not being installed on Ricoh MP 5055

Hi everyone,

I recently replaced a controller on MP 5055 which had SLNX installed, after replacement slnx boot screen will remain loading and won't come ready, SC 638-01 poping up while trying to go in to extended features from panel.
5401-160 changed to'' 0 '' and solved the error.

Not able to uninstall the package through Slnx server portal, i manually strip the components via WIM , extended features settings,

Now the issue is pushing the embedded application through Slnx, endit up with ,'' Device authentication has failed ''
Or failed to suspend The SDK application on the device.

Hard drive formatted,
Firmware upgrades to the latest.
NV RAMs are from previous controller.

Can someone please guide me where to look further to solve the issue.

Update on this issues,

Replaced Hard drive,
Java recovered through java recovery tool.,12.45
Updated Java to 12.78.

Pushed SLNX embedded application through Slnx server.

Working perfectly now.
