There is a feature called Mail to Print that works on some Ricoh models. You need to have at least PostScript for it to work. It's not offered on all models, so you'll have to check: it's usually buried in the fax section.

Most of the Ricoh machines that I know do allow you to receive and print email, but not selectively. When an email is received it is printed at that time, regardless of who or where it is from. Check into Ricoh's Cloud Print solutions. If the model supports one of them, employees can send print jobs from anywhere and retrieve them when they are the office. Some of the solutions do require a HDD on the machine to store the jobs, but others store the job on a cloud server and require an APP on the machine to retrieve them. Ricoh Learning Institute has a number of online training courses on them.

To delay printing of Mail to Print, you can always change the email reception setting to on demand as opposed to automatic. That will make the user have to have the machine pull the emails from the server.

If they have a server or a Pro version of Windows, then setup a VPN.
