[Error Code] 5106 Error Oce plotwave 500

We have been having recurring issues with our plotter. I was hoping someone could just give me some information on that code (5106). Meanwhile I have another service call placed on it. I never worked on plotters or oce equipment in my tech years, I would appreciate any input that is helpful.
