[Misc] imagerunner 2002n scanning problem

i got few imagerunner 2002n problem with scanning
every thing ok after installation, but second day cant do the scan service.
pc come out massage "cant communicate with the scanner"

driver is Toolbox_4911mf18 ,when i do scan at scanner can find the pc name but pc there will show tat error massage.
Nid to uninstall n reinstall back mf toolbox then oni can, but the next day fail again.same problem coming again.

same network got some pc is fine but some facing tis problem, winxp win7 also same.

any idea?

is issue with only windows XP and 7
If the computer you are installing the drivers in is running a 64-bit operating system, download the 64-bit version drivers from the Canon web site.

Scan through MF Toolbox in 2 ways.
1)Push scan - scan directly from the control panel to specified PC (iR 2202N/2002N)
2)Pull scan & allow users to do changes
