I got this Canon imageCLASS D1320 in the shop, the machine has 102K, and produces blank copies, however the printouts are OK, I checked the scanner cable for damage but everything looks OK. I did a firmware update but still the same, tried another OEM cart and same. Strange thing is that today another customer called for the exact same problem with a Canon imageclass D1320 with ONLY 8k on it, so I really don't think is the scanner cable failure or other hardware related. Checking the internet I found that many others have the same problem with this series, (blank copies, prints OK), ah, I almost forgot, another symptom is that the blue backlight for the screen is gone, you can see the letters but the backlight is dead.
Any ideas, opinions or bulletins on this are very welcomed.
