[Error Code] error code :E0003-0002 canon IR 2880i

Good evening!
I am asking for help to solve my E0003-0002 error problem.
I have a Canon IR 2880i copier that has a code E0003-0002.
I changed the fixing unit (oven) and the problem still persists!
Help me solve

I guess you reset the code in service mode after you replaced the fixing film ass'y?

There is a known issue with the door switch, the one at the rear above the fuser, the door hinge plastic cracks so it doesn't make the switch contact.

Thank you. Yes I reset the code in service mode after replacing the fixing film but the problem persists. If you have the opportunity to help me with illustrations in pictures, it would do me good. Thank you in advance !

this error code brings back nightmares lol .. what we found was the rear bottom door was popping out due to a cracked hinge and causing the interlock switch SW3 to disengage without the door open sensor knowing .. there for causing e0003 because there was no power going to the fixing unit.
