[Error Code] Canon C5535i error codes

Had a new client contact me to see if we would service Canon machines ... With times as they are I am willing to look at anything to get our foot in the door ...with that said ...we mostly sell and service Kyocera & HP products ... the Canon in question was supposedly given to this client ...its a C5535i and they brought it to there office and went to use it and it comes up with a 020-04A9 -05 & 025-0451-05 error codes ... I can go into the service mode and clear the errors ...it makes one copy and errors out again ... the copies look very good but the information I was able to get so far is leading me to the black developer unit and or ATR sensor ? where ever that is ...have no manual ...anyone familiar with these errors? ...any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated and I am not opposed to paying for anything help either ...

1. I would clear the error code then run in service mode: Copier > Function > Install > Stir 4
Run a test
2. If #1 fails start over. Clear error code then run Copier > Function > Install > Iniset-K
Run a test
3. If you get past the error code run from the op panel Settings/Registration - Adjustment/Maintenance - Adjust Image Quality - Auto Adjust Gradation. Follow on screen instructions.

If all fails I would order a Black Developer unit. Part number FM2-G206-000

These are steps I would do. Others may have some other approach.
