Canon iR Adv 4525i stuck in energy saver

Have a customer that has a Adv 4525i that is stuck in Energy Saver mode and will not come out. The tech that when to work on it says it "seems" to start and goes right into Energy Saver and can not get it out. Have never seen this before. Anyone seen this and if so how to fix it?

Had to change the main board and then gave a hard drive error. Replaced the hard drive and reloaded the system software. All good.

I would start by formatting the HDD & updating the system software before replacing the main controller.

Try disconnecting main board 1 from main board 2, then reconnecting them.

Bad hard drive to start with.
Then also the main controller breaks too
