Canon IR C356if flash drive issue

Hello! I'm having an issue with a customers IR C356 with recognizing a flash drive. I did enable the use of the flash drive to scan and print and when I insert it it does not recognize it. Any ideas? I did test it out the same flash drive on a Xerox Copier (unforrunately no other Canons were available) and the Xerox did recognize it. Thanks

Try another FD with 2.0 FAT32 format

Canon can be a bit fussy with USB pen drives. Updating the firmware seems to help with the issue.

Update-I did a full initialization and that did the trick. Both usb flash drives now are recognized. Thanks both for your help!
