4235 wont update firmware. says check delivery server

every time i go to service mode trying to update firmware the machine displays
[failed to connect to delivery server ,check delivery server and network.


as always any help is greatly appreciated

What have you done so far? gateway correct?

Try turning on DHCP & auto IP let the machine pull the details & run the update again.

i did wipe and let it pull ip, subnet, and gateway again just to be sure .... no change still wont let me update firmware..

i also compared the delivery server URL with another machine and they are identical

test of communication with delivery server says error code 84014206

Where did you get that URL from ??

Does the machine pass a COM-TEST ?

I've had some models that would not update via CDS until I first update via SST etc then the CDS update works.

I put this down to it firmware being on an old/factory release version.
