[Jamming] Canon Advance Runner C3525i Jamming (Unit delivery?) *after fuser done)

On the Canon Advance C3525i printer, the paper gets jammed immediately after passing through the fuser. I believe the module that is not being properly controlled or has faulty sensors, or something mechanical is out of place, is called the delivery unit. Please help me with testing the sensors or perhaps the entire module. This only happens on TRAY A. If I remove the side cover and take the paper out through the Tray B slot, the paper no longer gets jammed. Can the controller of this module be reprogrammed? Is there a calibration or testing software available? Thank you in advance! Cristi

P.S. No matter how many issues it has, I won't give up on this machine, I am fond of it...

Do you need a copy of the service manual for instructions on reading sensors and unit removal?

P>S Error Code is JamType Delay Sensor No PS14. ( 010701) ! When the paper starts its path, there's a strange low-frequency noise, like the Titanic hitting an iceberg. This suggests that the paper might be slightly crumpled somewhere along the way. However, it does reach the fuser and exits the fuser...

If the sensor at exit unit is not working or most likely the actuator is out of place the junction gate doesn't send the paper in the right direction.

How can I check the sensor via the service menu, specifically the exit sensor, and how can I confirm the correct position of the actuator? In other words, can I try to leave only one exit mechanically directed? I'm looking for solutions. Thank you!

And there's something else important. The sensors seem to be "K" as shown by the L/H in service mode when manually obstructed... but sometimes I’ve seen entire sheets of paper heading towards the fuser while the A4 sheet was crumpled after the fuser. Could this be a synchronization issue due to a sticky solenoid? In other words, where could the desynchronization be happening? The fuser module was replaced with another functional and tested one, and the machine still behaves the same way. Thank you!

Set the output settings to tray B only then the device won't use tray A & not jam.

I fixed it. It was that comb; it needs to be polished, and it has been structurally modified. Thanks!!!
