So we've been rolling out Papercut within in the firm with great success but we've hit a stumbling block of late. So we're trying to install the Canon MEAP Gen3+ license on these two identical Canon IR C5550 copiers and we get the same outcome. We generate the license off the Canon portal, install via the remote GUI and after the reboot, both copiers will not allow us to login using the default 7654321 ID and Pin! Only way to get back is via the Service menu and enabling the MEAPSAFE option. So far we've tried to overcome this issue by upgraded the firmware on the copier to the current and re-install the MEAP license but we get the same result. As far as we're aware, no Pin or ID has ever been set and users used to simply print to the print queue and collect the prints off the copier.
