[Error Code] Error E3 and E2 on canon pixma mp160

I have a problem with Canon pixma mp160 that show's error codes: E3 (jammed paper) and E2 (No paper), but there is paper and there is no jammed paper. What can it be?

probably some actuator out of position.
perhaps to remove the jammed paper caused the problem
