Hello everyone,


I'm working on a mystery....


The canon (C5030i) printer where I couldn't print before can print directly to the storage box in the device.


I can just print the files from the storagebox and this works well.


I have previously looked at the restrictions and department settings, this has not solved the problem.


I am missing a small problem somewhere, who can help me with this?

The problem is that the printer does not immediately print the job.

Check to see if you have only allow encrypted secure print turned on.
Press [Function Settings] → [Secure Print] → [Only Allow Encrypted Print Jobs].

Make sure you are using the UFR Driver from Canon. You might be trying to use the PCL or PS driver without the kit installed.

Download and install latest driver(Generic Plus UFRII) on your workstation and try printing from it. Original driver on a server?
