This is just initialize menu reset. We don't know the password for RUI. I wanna reset the whole machine on factory default.

I would try the Canon default user name and password.

I recently had an issue with a similar machine - here in the west these machines are imageCLASS X.

There was a menu you could get into without being admin. Directly at the machine, you need to do a "hard reset" but it involved finding the reset menu and holding the ok button for 5 seconds and a new menu appears to show "hard reset" which seems to flatten everything.
