We have a Canon iR-ADV C357 with the PaperCut Gen3+ MEAP v1.1.0 installed and fully enrolled into Papercut. The issue occurs when the user presents their pass to the reader and what should happen is that the system should log you in and present the functions available to you, but instead you get a blank white screen. This is an intermittent issue and only happens now and again but it's annoying. Not tested with using username and password but I'm assuming we should see the same result.
We recently updated the version of the MEAP in hope that this would help but it hasn't and we have 2 copiers same model displaying this issue. Both copiers are running the latest firmware.
