iR-ADV C5550 -- Missing "Access Stored Files" mailboxes on 2nd Hand Machine

I bought a second-hand iR-ADV C5550i and did a full reset on the machine.

When I hit "Access Stored Files" on the display I was expecting to see "Mailboxes". But that option isn't there.

In the print driver I can print to the mailboxes, but I can't access the stored prints. The only things on the Access Stored Files screen is a grayed out Memory Media.

check if lev2 COPIER>OPTION>DSPLY-SW>UI-BOX is 1

If it's a 2nd hand machine, I would initialize all data in user mode also

Once logged in as Administrator, Settings/Reg,Management Settings,Data Management,Initialize All Data. This will wipe out all previous user settings
