Canon Ir adv 4535i checking data

Hi all, any help or thoughts welcome. Ir adv 4535i will not boot up , screen stuck on checking data.
I have reloaded latest firmware. Still not booting up, checking data , *2 and 4 on start up all shows good.
Can not gain access to service mode is this possible without machine booting up, thinking maybe clearing Dc con clear might do the trick? Any body had this issue.

        Did you resolve this?

Try unplugged the hard drive to see if you can get it to a E602 code...

Maybe the drive is messed up.

Have removed hard drive and reseated. No E602 errors. Hard drive check on *24* is Ok. Still un resolved. Any further ideas would be appreciated.

Unplug the HDD then power on with the HDD disconnected if you get an E602 error replace the HDD then reload the system software.

If you don't have a new HDD format the HDD using the SST then re-load the system software.

on the service manuale there is a 6 chapter "Startup System Failure Diagnosis" specific for your problem.
