    Canon iPF710, ink cartridges.

Customer has loads of ink cartridges for the Canon iPF710. They are unused and in the original packing. Stored and protected from light and heat very well, but are however in storage for over 3 years. Any risk using them?

Don't they have an expiries date? The chips could also be time stamped. If they are just pass their shelf life it would be probably OK. But any further is taking some kind of risk.

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

If it was me - I would use them

the worst it can happen - the printhead will not reach its optimal life, but who cares

the savings from the ink surpass whatever you loose in printhead price

      be logical
