What does this error code mean for an ir5000, and how do I fix it?

Main Cause The SSR has a short circuit. The DC controller PCB is faulty.
Mode of
Detection
0000 The SSR used to drive the fixing heater is found to have a short circuit
(hard circuit detection).
Caution The error must be reset in service mode
(COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR) -
Try the service mode error clear listed above, and reset it and forget if you can. Also I would suggest examining your Fixing Rollers, Cleaning Web and cleaning your thermistors.The glass maybe half full, but less is more...
