This is how the code is read=E000-0001 Error Code

did company experience a power outage ??
did u attempt to clear in service mode ??

      ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS> 2 KEY> 8 KEY> ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS>#CLEAR>ERR

      if that won't work try=
      ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS>2 KEY>8 KEY> ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS>#CLEAR>
      ENGINE>ERRCLR
this mode should be used to clear all Fixing related Error Codes on this model-

thanks teckat, i'm servicing this copier for another company,so they are sending me a new film,
cutomer is badly stuck with copier not running so i was just trying to find some way of fixing even though i kind of knew i couldn't without the part, don't actually have any of these models in the field ourselves, so unfortunately don't have a manual for it.

thanks lads, i was going by the ir2016 manual as its the closest i had to that machine, error codes are the same but other features are different, really wish these smaller machines had full screen service modes like their bigger brothers
