one side of the copies come out a different color than the original. colors at the top portion is ok and the lower portion comes out red. replaced cyan and mag drums. made calibrations and cleaned the lasers but no luck. internals are the same. checked my transfer assly and all looks good. any help appreciated. thanks t

what does your PG-10 and single color PG-5's look like. Depending on what the color is supposed to be something is being blocked. I would look at the laser shutters first as they to hang and not open all of they way.Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned. -

check that the ITB Assembly is locked in and engaging correctly. = This is a known issue on this series.
Also check that the Developer Assemblies are locked into position. The machine may not display any errors codes for either assembly even though they are not installed properly.
Check the laser assembly dust proof glass for each individual color for any dust or fogging.
Remove the laser assembly for easy cleaning. Reinstall and perform an auto gradation.
check the ITB ground surface as shown in the figure below for oxidation and clean it.

You say COPIES are not color correct? have you looked to the scanner for your problem? Make sure the lens and light pipes are clean, run CCD-Adj in service mode,, then Auto Gradation Full Adjust and see how it does..."Once a King, always a King, but once a Knight is enough!"
