a lot of us "COULD" help....but very few us go around giving out manufacturer firmware for free and even then there are still only a few who are willing to share such items. There is a reason why Canon doesn't put these items on a public website. You can do more harm than good if you have no training, manuals or experience working on these devices.

also most of us dont take to kindly to newbies coming on and begging for free stuff. Post your issue...let us help, maybe its not firmware that you need.

problem is most everyone that comes in here looking for firmware is wanting free and then when they can't figure it out or it doesn't fix the problem that they were having (which usually isn't a firmware issue) they hammer your email or PM wanting you to fix the issue they created.
