hi frnds
i have a canon ir 4570. from last few weeks i am facing a problem of blurred printing. i changed drum, cleaned lazer unit, changed toner but all in vain. i am uploading a print of my machine. also the print is very dull. plz help

Check developer,printer driver,use OEM toner.

I've had this problem for a while on a few machines. Turned out to be the grease on the upper heater addy being the wrong type. Strip the fuser, clean the grease off and re grease with Loctite Superlube grease.

Cured it for me!

hay check ur fixing unit and clean and apply greace in fixing film,

That looks like generic toner. You can mess with the dev bias but that toner is very course looking to us. Whats a sky shot look like? Different paper make a diff?

yes sir. it was on both. it was cured after changing pressure roller in fixing unit.

bt the fixing unit is creating problems. 2 fuser films torn out in a month. now after changing the film first 5 or 6 copies comes after that it shows 007 code. i checked out the fixing. film is rotating well. is somthing another issue there?. plz help me.

Are you rebuilding the Fusers?????


Are these Canon refurbished fusers???


Are fusers from TSA?

Did you replace lower bearings and the pressure roller.

Did you set the distance of the pressure screws?

Are you aware of TP209 ?

Does this really cure blur issue? Sorry i cant catch hows the remaining grease can cause this issue. Does the grease will become more solid in long term used that will cause the film rotation become slower than normal then resulting the blur issue? i got this issue on ir 3300 too
