          Scans the complete page in pink with 2 vertical black lines


          Other scanner has 2 vertical pink bars approx 3/8 inch thick.

          Canon tech talked about replacing the lower shading assy, MG1-3459-000 and upgrading the firmware . I don't have access to the firmware download. can you help with that?
