Additional Functions > System Settings > Initialize All Data/Settings (on the last page of the system settings menu tree)

This will clear all the logs, address books (if send is being used), network settings, timer settings and device info delivery settings. Unfortunatlly this is the only way to clear the print logs that I have come across.

          WARNING!!!

This will not only wipe the print log but reset the address books, and other user mode items that have been set up, effectivly returning the machine to the 'out of the box' status.

ONLY DO THIS IF YOU ARE CERTAIN IT WILL NOT EFFECT THE END USER OR YOU ARE PREPARED TO SPEND TIME SETTING UP THE MACHINE FROM SCRATCH.

            or----------------

            Performing a Clear Server
Clearing the server deletes all jobs currently saved on the server in any queue, all locally archived jobs, all downloaded fonts, and all FreeForm master jobs.
It also clears the Job Log, the index of archived jobs, and the index of FreeForm masters.

You can clear the server from the Control Panel (LCD) or by using the Clear command from the Command WorkStation.

Clearing Server from the Control Panel:

            1. Enter Fiery Setup (select 'Run Setup' from the idle menu or select to enter setup during bootup).

            2. Scroll down the Fiery Setup menu and select 'Clear Server'.

            3. It will prompt you to confirm restoring to factory defaults. Select 'Yes' and then 'OK'.

            Clearing Server from Command Workstation:

            1. Launch Command WorkStation and log into the Fiery controller as Administrator.

            2. Click the Server menu and select 'Clear Server'.

            3. Depending on the version of Command Workstation and the Fiery device, you may have the option to select exactly what items to clear. If you have this option, check the items to clear and click OK.
            4. Click 'Yes' at the confirmation window to perform the selected clear.
