Hi to all

i have problem with canon ir2520 desplaying E001-002 , but today i have reset it 3 time after that desplaying E000 and i cannot reset this Err ! i have check fixing Assy and clean the TH1 - TH2 thermistor but envin .


how can i resolve this problem!

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS> 2 KEY> 8 KEY> ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS>#CLEAR>ERR


do this below ----------

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS>2 KEY>8 KEY> ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS>#CLEAR>ENGINE>ERRCLR.
After performing the Engine error Clear in Service Mode, the copier should boot and performed normally.

Note: This mode below should be used to clear all Fixing related Error Codes.


Enter service mode by pressing additional functions than 2 than 8 and then Additional Functions. #SSSW will be displayed.

1-Use the right arrow and scroll to #CLEAR then press OK.
2-Use the right arrow and scroll to ENGINE then press OK.
ERRCLR will be displayed then press OK.
Then power cycle the machine.
