    [Error Code] Error codes E-0001-0001\E-0001-0002\E-0001-0010

I have a iR5065 machine, machine is working condition last couple of years.Last few days it showing error code on standby mode or copying mode E-0001-0001\E0001-0002 or E0001-0010 etc.Resetting the error from service mode again the machine is working.

I can not understand it . It is A.C DRIVER problem or POWER SUPPLY problem or THIRMISTOR problem?????.

    HI Biman,

you say that its been working for a few years now, so i would have to be inclined to think that it could be the thermistors as they may have worn through by now, but before you do that, check that the fixing shutter is moving correctly, i have had the shutter get stuck on me before and had the same error codes, except i couldn't reset mine even when clearing it in service mode as it was stuck. note that the shutter needs to be aligned with both the left and right side of the fixing assy to rotate in the fixing assy freely. Ive attached a pic of the shutter in question.

    hope this helps........

SAZ911 is right b\check the movement of the shutter first. inspect the upper roller for damage.
Rebuild if necessary, and replace the thermistors.
