Hi, i got a canon iR1022 got bit blur at the bottom of A4R even copy and print. But when i try reduce size from A5R to A5R it's look ok. The charger roller i have tried to replace still can not solve the problem.
Suggestion and opinions sharing out i will appreciate.

If the problem occur on both print and copy functions, try to check any of the following: Developing unit for even formation of magnetic brush i.e toner evenly distributed along the entire length of the magnetic roller.
Check also if the fixing film is free from wear, scratches,dirt & deformation. What about the Registration rollers and paper feed paths? are they free from wear, scratches, dirt and deformation? Transport guide and paper transport path should also be free from foreign objects such as paper chips or dust.
Try ADJUST\CLEANING of various units in user mode. Good luck.

At some point a dirty soiled laser unit can cause this problem.Try to open the laser and clean its optics.
