Not sure of the Model but you will need to reset this Error first > SERVICE MODE > FUNCTION CLEAR > ERR.

What is the detail code? If E001-000, there is an abnormally high temp.(240deg), detected by the Main thermistor, during the temperature control. If the detail code is 001, the abnormally high temperature (295deg), is being detected by the Sub-thermistor.
In both cases, Try any of the following, apart from trying to clear the error code, as suggested above: Check the connector of the fixing film unit for improper contact. Replace the fixing film unit or the DC controller board. Post your findings [feedback] to the forum.
