yes all cassette the same. jam always . ...the operator told me sometimes its working well sometimes jam directly. i checked the jam status many jam error occurs.

maybe i should replace the roller reverse v.p.? i observed almost stock in the area.
any parts related to that problem that need to check and replaced aside from first roller reverse?

      thanks for the response..

i am still a bit lost to the orginal post, if you copy from the Glass, it works ok? so if you do 100 copies from the glass it will copy all 100? but if you use the adf or print jobs it will jam every single time???

The reason it doesn't jam from glass is because it does face up delivery from the glass(one original). Open the external delivery assembly. Turn the white gear on the rear top of it...you will find it stiff probably. Remove the brass Oilite bushings for the delivery/reversal roller shaft(its driven by the white gear thru another gear or 2) and clean the inside of them with alcohol. They get gummed up and stall the delivery stepper motor. You can get an upgrade kit that replaces them with bearings. I am surprised it took so long to give you this jam... I usually seen it at around 1.5 million

Is this single sided or 2 sided jams
Could quite possible be the Delivery Reverse Drive assy
(The new assy has bearings now instead of the old bushings)

FM4-5138-010 - DELIVERY REVERSE DRIVE UNIT

sir good day thanks so much for the help i learned a new. the jamming solved by replacing FM4-5138-010 - DELIVERY REVERSE DRIVE UNIT and 2 (lower and upper) reverse roller.

thanks so much for bright ideas. God bless

3 million...yeah...rollers a good idea...but honestly all you had to do is clean the brass Oilite bushings...I have tons of these machines with over 3 million on them....never changed any delivery rolls...clean the bushings or install the bearing mod. Glad you got it fixed
