[Error Code] E0004-0204

Hello
I need a little help.
After replacing upper pressure roller and thermistors I get error code E0004-0204. From manual
0204 =The 12-V power supply (IH relay) is identified as being off.

I'm checked all conector. Before replacing roller and thermistor I have code E840-002.
Whether to replace hole Fixing asembly or I can try something else?

Did you use manual to disassemble the fuser? An E-840 is a shutter error in the upper fuser roll and if you took it apart and didn't sync everything then there is your problem. Follow manual when replacing upper fuser roll for the first time...can't just slap these together like old fusers

Yes, I'm follow manual but this is 4th replacing roller. Because this I think maybe problem can be solved with new one fixing asm.
