Canon Ir6570 error E732-001

I have problem with my canon ir6570

first, i receive an error code E732-001. then after i turn it on for a couple times, my machine can not start anymore.
touchscreen panel is just blank
So my technician change the dc controller, and it can on and operate normally.
but after a few days,
1. the machine is wait forever, can not copy
2. adf feeder making sound every minutes
3. the scanning lamp is on and off every minutes
4. then it have e732-001 error again.

so my technician tells me to clear all the error
*28* .......etc

i clear it and it can operate normally
but then same problems again
and i clear it..
i clear it already more than 10 times

any one have clue, what is going on? pls help!

- Check the communication between the reader unit and the main controller.
- Check the power supply of the reader unit. (Check to see if initialization takes place at start-up.)
- Replace the reader controller PCB, reader relay PCB, or main controller PCB

1. Check the cord going from the reader to the document feeder. If the machine is pushed against the wall it can bend it.
2. Have you flashed the machine to the latest version?

how to check power supply of the reader unit.?
if i replace all the things you said, it will cost me so much...

1. i already try to operate the machine without the adf feeder attached.
it can operate normally for a couple hours and then the problem appear again.
first, i thought maybe the problem is adf feeder, so i just unplug it.
2. how to flash it?

Check to make sure connector J9013 near the DC Power Supply has not been disconnected.
Check for a broken pin at J4013 on the relay PCB. The part number for the relay pcb is FM2-9671-000.



The cause of the E732-0001 code may be a lack of 13 volts to the interface PCB from the 13 Volt converter PCB.
Replacement of the 13 volt converter PCB may be required to resolve the E732-0001 error code.
13 Volt Converter PCB part number is FM2-9869-000.

Check the Memory PCB in the Reader unit and the pair of flat ribbon cables that run from the Reader Controller PCB to the Interface PCB and the Memory PCB

The accessory power supply provides the dc voltage for the reader controller. In one case, replacing the accessory power supply FM2-9638-000 repaired the error code.

hi fellas I have same problem on İR 6570 sometimes gives an error e00732-001 sometimes e0004-010 screen panel is geting blank and there is abnormal noise on dc controller did anybody solve it? thanks
