Check the fixing sensor some time theres a small plastic its the stopper of the sensor it could be broke,do u checked the drawer if its same size display on screen.
i already Check it, the paper size not a problem, paper thickness also not a problem(i copy using 120gsm paper but also jam on the same place), i also replace the sensor (above the fixing unit) ..but still the same, any other way to fix this?
I've had this on 3 seperate occasions.
One was Simplex and it was coming from the bypass tray. Only resolve was to replace the Manual paper feed assembly.
Second was the rollers were worn from all the cassettes causing delays. Right in the same spot as your picture. The bypass was working fine. (the tech before me used some Aftermarket rollers)
third was the fixing unit was defective.
