Please the solution with error e013-000

Toner waste bottle has been emptied, WST-TNR has been reset, waste toner spiral has been cleared, but the error is still appear

I want to try the next but how to remove the toner pipe to be uncloged.

Before you start to disassemble anything. You can use the proper tech toner vacuum and try and clear the line, sucking any toner that is compacted inside waste tube. If you don't have the right vacuum here then DO NOT attempt with a standard vacuum.
