Canon Imagerunner 1025if, blank copies & clean glass error

First, the copier kept saying clean glass or dirty glass, I cleaned it and sometimes the error will still show up.Then I noticed that when making multiple copies (fed through the ADF) there would be one paper that is blank. I would feed five papers through the ADF to be made copies of and when the copies come out there would be a blank one within it. Even though all the paper were fed through the ADF it seems to miss making copies of one of them.Any help is appreciated.Thanks

Some of those machine have a shut-off for that message in the menu settings.

Blank Pages are Occurring, When Running Multiple Originals Through the Feeder

Have All Feeder adjustments in service mode performed_?????
Have latest firmware 12.03.01__???

Now------
Go into Service Mode>Test>Scan Test(2)>press 3; this will adjust the document scan position (only with models with the ADF feature installed).
This will adjust the contact sensor for scanning documents fed from the ADF automatically. After doing so the machine should displaying this message.

In order to disable the 'clean glass' message, select Additional Functions > Common Settings > ADF Dirty Error and select 'do not display'.

Ok I got into service mode, was thinking *-2-8-#
but was actually add.functions,2,8,add.functions

hi,

you should press * 2 8 * one by one

sometimes the rubber adf solenoid is sticky and provokes the blank problem that you tell...

if I remember right, there are two solenoids ( FK2-1392-000 )
