[Error Code] Canon imagePRESS c1 Error code E00005-0000

Couldn't have come on a worse day.
Printer jammed taking feed in or error code came up coincidentally. But this code keeps coming up on restart. Have done full shut down/power off, cooled etc but still coming up. Got engineer call out due this pm but is there anything I can do that might fix this - is it something to do with the fixing roller?
I have Art & Design Degree Shows deadlines and a full year's worth of student hand-ins....

    ARGHHHHHH.

Only you can do is try to reset error (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR).If error coming up again fixing web must be replaced and reset the reading.(COPIER>COUNTER>DRBL-1>FX_WEB)
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Thanks for this. It doesn't appear to let me do anything I can't get past the error screen.

I logged a call to change the cleaning web last week and no one came - is that likely to be connected?

Definetely! After the indication of the warning message of the fixing web length, when copies/prints are made after, the count of fixing web counter starts to increase. When
the 3000th count (A4) is reached, the machine indicates an error mode (E0005-0000).Web lifetime is 100 000k.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
