[Misc] iR Adv. 5030 - Unlock Toner Bottles (In Service Mode)

    Hi.

I want to change toner hoppers, and in the service manual is written to unlock toner bottles (In service mode) first.

I searched the chapter service mode of the manual for half an hour and couldn't find anything to unlock toner bottles.

Besides, when i open the toner bottle front cover, the dispay says: "Toner bottle cover open" but doesn't switch to the screen where i can select which bottle(s) i want to change...

    Can anybody help?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi. if you change T-CRG-SW from 0 to 1 in copier>option>dsply-sw (level 2). this will allow user to change toners in user mode under adjustment/maintenance> maintenance>replace specified toner. you may have to restart the machine for this to appear in user mode. you can then access this to open the toner covers
