have had an Epson wf-c 579r , when scanning /copying double sided. second side come out completely pixelated.
Hve updated firmware to latest. have done visual check of machine all seems ok

What other tests have you done? Both on the glass and from adf same problem?

We have had nothing but issues with the 579r model. Most of the issues have been ADF related, one was a pixelated image on duplex, but recently it has been the whole ADF unit. Whether it be scanning crooked, or shifting the whole image up or down on the page, we've had to replace a few whole units, and a few ADF units.
