TPM Chip Restoration (Initialization) bizhub c284e

How to restore TPM or initialize TPM chip in bizhub c284e? I am getting a message "TPM has changed, Initialize TPM chip"

    Any suggestions?

Looks like the chip should be on the MFPB the SSDB could also be faulty.
    Whatever

TPM (Trusted Platform Module) errors are only associated with the LK115...Was this machine used before you received it? If so, the LK115 was uninstalled improperly..If you are 100% certain the LK115 was never installed, then you will need a KM service tech out there to resolve this. BTW, this is a fairly new option so give the guy a break if he has no idea where to go with it. Might be easier to try and get someone that is not a dealer (meaning KM direct) they will have better access to support to resolve this.

PS..I looked at the C284e SM, and TPM is not even listed as a choice...possibly a firmware update might give the MFP this capability, but, any chance you are looking at a C368/308? IF so, ADMIN/SECURITY/TPM Setting/Initialize..Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

I'm having the same issue after a new MFPB, km tech support had me try a different MFPB. Then do an all data clear and finally reformat the SSD, then HDD. I'm currently waiting for the SSD format to finish. Machine was way behind on firmware. G00-63, the NIC card went bad, hence the board replacement. I tried to update the original board to G00-C8 and it wouldn't boot. Then the new board was installed. I option is not installed on this. I will try to disable the option if I can under admin-security settings- tpm then disable from there. If it's there.

I think if you do not have a TPM I option installed on the MFP the option to initialise is not available in settings.

I just did a "clear all data" and that cleared the message for me - obiously after doing that you have to re-install the HDD in Tech Rep

All data clear didn't work, formatting the SSD didn't either. Now I'm trying to update it, SD comes back ng2 when loading everything. But goes through when I load just the SD. Long process

J9 firmware brings the tpm settings tab back, when replacing a mfp board, had it twice and J9 sorted it out and allowed me to iniatlize.

I had a Bizhub C224e Copier/Printer that was stuck on "Enter Serial number" . After you put in the serial number I got a "TPM chip has been changed. Initialize TPM setting". I tried a MFPB board reset with the A145FW .tar file. I also tried "All Data Clear Initialize (clear all data)". Did not work. Replaced MFPB Board which took care of the problem. I was told by Konica tech support if the TPM chip message did not clear you would have to replace all consumables. Luckily I did not have to go that route.

I tried to replace SSD, that's ok for few months only, maybe both MFPB and SSD should be replaced?

I am having the same issue. Machine was hit with a surge. Replaced PRCB, SSD, and MFP board. TPM initialize message. Cannot get into admin menu. Will do data all clear and report back.

It seems it is a horrible issue for this series.
