How do I get a Bizhub 25e into service mode so that I can reset the admin password?

I tried going to: Machine Info and then scrolling to the second page that shows counts. No go. It just double beeps every time I enter "Stop" 00 "Stop" 01. I am using the red button on the control panel as the "Stop" button.

Am I in the wrong menu?

I believe this machine is Manufactured by Muratec. Hold down the mode key until it beeps twice. Then press *77 this will give you a list of the service functions

So here's the buttons on it. There's no "select" key. What is the correct key or menu?

Use this function to initialize protect passcode and administrator's password.
                    1. Press <Mode>, <*>, <6>, <1>.
                    2. Press either [Initialize Protect Code] or [Initialize Admin Password].
                    3. Press [Yes].

Press <Mode> about two seconds until you hear the beep twice.
When you press “ * ”, you will hear short beeps.
