Make sure you have the newer version of firmware imaging toolkit and if you do have it and it is not working--- create a temp folder on your c:\ drive.

The toolkit is the way to go, wont work on vista machines yet though.
Don't forget to enable advanced options.

cygwin is cumbersome. Use Firmware imaging toolkit. Make sure the CF card is atleast 128mb to 256mb, and not formatted for windows. In the toolkit, when you browse for the file, select "Indexed Firmware File" in the file type.

Use latest firmware imaging toolkit, works also without problems with vista.

              what version are you using?
the latest i can get here is 2.53, it wont work on any of our Vista laptops, when writing the card it comes up with an error - been ages since i tried so i can't remember the specifics but something stopped it writing to the CF card.
Konica did give us a few things to try but none of them worked.

              Cheers.

The Mosel (C451/C550/C650) and Thames (C203/C253/C353) series have a "mini Cygwin" included in the Card_Work folder.
You can run the command directly from there.

Konica here had 2.54 on the website for a short time then took it away claiming it can corrupt frimware. They are sending it to me so i'll see how it goes.

                    Cheers.
