      Have you tried using the Mac 10.11 driver? I'm pretty sure it will work.

          I've seen a few threads that mention issues with OS 10.14 printing but are you saying yours won't install? Mac's aren't as picky as Windows, you might be able to install a C452 or C284 PPD and trick it into using that PPD. At least it would give you some tray and finishing options.
