Re: C 308, black spots
Hi pinspin, search for bizhub C224e developer depletion there are numerous threads here also you will find some attached bulletins. Very unfortunate situation though. There was found by one of the greatest KM techs here on C227 series factory damaged LED erase strips empty slowly developer units but on 8 series never heard of that. Anyway I wish you good luck. Will try dig deep when on PC and be more in help.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. Re: C 308, black spots
Is the black dev unit getting emptied into the WTB, or are you just finding developer in the WTB? These models auto replenish the dev units from the toner, so it isn't unusual to find developer in the WTB.Comment

It's so low level troubleshooting(user like) asking tech who replaced that many parts to check fuser or WTB...A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.

Re: C 308, black spots
Good point but we all know the theory. If developer is on copies or WTB is extra heavyweighted or drum or/and belt is polished then what's next if not dev being pulled?

I was just trying to get a little more information from the OP. He never said the any of what you wrote above.
If all those parts have been replaced with no results it is time to take a step back and start the troubleshooting process again. Just my opinion of course.Comment

Re: C 308, black spots
I had a C368 that would suck all of the developer out of the cyan developing unit in about 20 seconds. Naturally, I was distressed when the very first image after the new developing unit was nearly void of cyan. Mine turned out to be an HVT issue. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
