    Biz 4752

    How do you turn off what I'm assuming is a security feature, when you press utility it makes you enter the admin password, then if you want to go into admin mode you have to enter password again. This is really annoying! I recall having this before on an off-lease machine but can't remember how I turned it off, perhaps a soft switch? Also this machine has that bizhub secure label so is there a way to UNinstall all that secure crap?

      try stop-9 and disable enhanced security?
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          Try SW switch 200 set to HEX 00.

              Hi, Thanks for the replies. There was nothing in enhanced security mode. Looks like several tabs were missing. The SW switch worked. Thanks extra tsb
