Bizhub c3350i adf is squishing a line on the page when doing more than 1 page through the scanner. Dual scan feeder on this unit .

I have seen this exact problem myself on a fairly new C4050i machine. Luckily it was still under warranty and tech support had me order the entire ADF to swap, which did fix the problem. Looks like the KB article has you trying a few other things before changing the entire ADF:

Hello Mr Fuser,
Just something to try, I have had a few re the Grounding spring in the ADF causing the jitter. Please see my attached PDF explaining the fix. Single wire grounding spring going onto the feed roller assembly must sit on top of the little triangle protrusion.
