We are a Develop dealer and recently took on servicing a KM bizhub C454e device for a new client who owned the MFD. Its about 12 years old and they bought it from previous tenants so never serviced by us.
The scanning worked for years but all of a sudden stopped - no obvious network changes and the same Office 365 account credentials are working for SMTP email scanning on another device which is a SAMSUNG A3 MFD. It errors with "server connection error"
I have tried different DNS servers, created a new Digital Certificate but no joy. Should I be looking to upgrade firmware as a last resort?
